Nexo

Know what to expect from a place

Answers to the practical questions about a place, before anyone books or buys: whether the room overlooks the pool, when the sun reaches it, how far the nearest school is. So your customers already know what they can do and experience there.

Aspecto is being defined and validated. Vista is a service on request, still being shaped. Nexo is in development. Descriptions show intended uses; features, availability and outcomes require validation and agreement.

Two Nexo perspectives: light across the day and answers attached to parts of a place.

Light across the day

Concept plan of a room with one window. An arc shows an illustrative sun path; the light coming through the window changes direction and reach across the floor with the time of day. No measured values.

Illustrated time10:00, morning

Illustration: hypothetical date, location and orientation.

Information in place

Three examples of answers attached to a place: the view from a hotel room window, the distance from a home to a school and the building width on a plot of land. Each example states where its information comes from.

  1. View
  2. School
  3. Plot of land
  • 1 / View from the window

The room’s window would say what can be seen from it, such as the pool, as stated by the hotel.

    SourceBusiness information
  • 2 / Distance to school

The home would show the distance to the nearest school, calculated from identified public data.

    SourcePublic data
  • 3 / Building width

The maximum width would be estimated from the applicable plan, with its source stated. An estimate to confirm with the municipality; the drawing does not establish building rights.

Answers before the decision

Before booking or buying, people want to know what they will find. Nexo brings those answers together, from a single room to a whole building or plot. It needs no capture of the space, and it can join Aspecto for a more immersive experience.

Light and orientation

Estimate when the sun reaches a room or a façade, across the day and the year, from the location and orientation.

What your business knows

Views, amenities, areas and other facts your team maintains, shown at the part of the place they describe.

What is around it

Distances to schools, hospitals and transport, and the planning references that apply, from public data where it exists.

Estimates, never interpretations

Nexo shows where each answer comes from, so an estimate can be told apart from a fact.

Simulations

Light and shade come from a simulation with a location, date and orientation. Nexo presents them as estimates, with their assumptions.

Your business’s information

Views, areas, amenities and other data your team maintains, with an indication of when they were updated.

Public data

Distances and planning references taken from identified public sources. A reference does not replace checking with the competent authority.

From a room to a plot

Each place raises different questions. Nexo works with the information your business has and answers in as much detail as that information allows. In future, the same answers could also come through a conversation with an AI assistant, but Nexo does not depend on one to work.

A hotel room

“Can I see the pool?” “When does the sun come in?” Guests choose a room knowing what they will find.

A home for sale or rent

“Does the living room get sun in winter?” “How far is the nearest school?” A family can tell whether a viewing is worth booking.

A plot of land

“What is the widest house I can build?” An estimate from the applicable plan and the data provided, with its source stated. It does not replace confirmation with the municipality.

Where we could begin

The places you already present, the questions your customers keep asking and the information your team has to answer them.

Shape the next step

Is there a problem your existing tools do not address well? Your experience can help shape a solution, starting with one concrete use case.

Choose a problem

We start with the places you present, the questions your customers ask and the work that takes up your team’s time today.

Understand the need

We discuss the problem and your priorities. This is an exploratory conversation, with no sign-up, payment or commitment to buy.

Build and evaluate

Your experience helps guide priorities. Together we define what to evaluate and what a useful outcome would mean for your business.

Contact

Tell us which places you present and what you would like to improve. The first conversation helps us understand how we can best serve you.

Which places you present, to whom, and where your customers need more clarity.

Or write directly tonovoaspecto@ifidem.com

An exploratory, non-binding conversation. This website does not sign you up for marketing, nor does it accept payments, orders or subscriptions. We use the information you choose to share only to answer your enquiry and, where requested, prepare a proposal.
